Our long-standing relationship has once again resulted in CFM Block Management calling upon GDL Painting to carry out high reach painting to external walls to an 11 storey apartment block in Manchester.

Initial preparations included obtaining necessary local permits and installing segregation barriers to cordon a safe operating area for the articulated boom utilised for access, a ground-level GDL operative supervised the operation of the access machine at all times to ensure the safety of passing pedestrians.

Two full coats of Johnstone’s Storm-Shield masonry paint was applied to the walls transforming the tired appearance and protecting the building fabric for many years to come.
