The client’s property had suffered extensive flood damage from a faulty bathroom appliance. GDL were commissioned to undertake a full refurbishment, including complete re-painting throughout.

All surfaces were properly cleaned, repaired and prepared, including the removal and replacement of plasterboard in some areas. Ceilings were painted using quality emulsion (2 coats), Walls were painted (2 coats) using a high quality Dulux satin and woodwork was given 2 coats of egg shell flat finish. Cupboards and Closets were also prepared and painted.
