Having been instructed by the client to re-coat the VOSA Approved HGV MOT station floor, careful consideration was given to identify a heavy-duty floor coating that would provide a long-lasting durable and decorative solution to all floor areas.

Preparation was carried out by the floor area being deep cleaned to remove surface contamination. GDL Painting then prepared the existing resin topping using vacuum assisted abrasive floor grinder.

Two coats of a solvent free high build epoxy resin were then applied over the following 48 hours giving the client a tough and durable finish.

Further line marking work was carried out which complied with all VOSA regulations.

The end result put a smile on a very happy client.
