Customer Feedback
I wanted to let you know how pleased the school staff and I are with the paint job your firm did on our school. You were chosen from a very competitive market (as quite rightly is Local Authority procedure), from the start point our faith in your firm proved to be very well founded.
As you will recall, we had several discussions about paint and colour choice for the work. We were anxious to have the job completed and you were needing to schedule your crews as well but the patient you demonstrated and willingness to delay start-up until we were content it would all fit together greatly lessened the anxiety that could have otherwise been present. As it is, we have been more than pleased with the completed job.
Beyond that however, is the way in which your son and the rest of your crew did their job. They were extremely skilled and competent as well as considerate and careful of the surroundings. Clean-up was great. and the final “walk-around” and care, sensitivity and follow-through with the few amendments we had was superb.
Throughout, the communication was very obliging and pleasant.
I would be pleased to be used as a “very satisfied customer” reference, should that be appropriate.
