Having been awarded a contract at the end of 2014 by CFM Block management to re paint all the communal areas and lift lobbies at Spectrum Apartments Manchester.

Works began in January and were completed on schedule and within budget at the end of March in total 2 x 14 story and 2 x 11 story apartment blocks were painted.

By providing our client with the highest level of customer service throughout the contract along with our quality efficient painters and by the use of premium environmentally friendly products has resulted with a very happy client who awarded a further large scale contract of painting communal corridor’s and lift lobbies to 5 apartment blocks at St Georges Island Apartments Manchester.
Works continued directly from Spectrum Apartments and were again completed to the clients satisfaction and within budget in June

We have used GDL Painting Ltd for a variety of works, from painting the full interiors of large developments of apartment blocks to smaller jobs inside apartments. On each occasion the work has been extremely professional. The finished product has always been to a high standard no matter what the scale of the job. The various staff used across our developments by GDL have always been professional, polite and efficient. I have never seen work completed so quickly and to the high standard that it is.
GDL are also very flexible, and have adapted their works to suit the development that they are working on. They always ensure that they clean up after themselves as they go, never leaving a mess behind them.
